In 2007, Operix Co-Founder Jay Annarelli was working for his family’s commercial HVAC & refrigeration business – he was constantly frustrated with how difficult it was to manage field techs and get them the information they needed, let alone make sure the office got what they needed after a job was completed.. The technology to get information to the field techs and back to the office for proper invoicing didn't exist. So they built it.
